Artwork Submission Guidelines - Routh Studios, LLC

LOGOS/SIGNATURES:

We are happy to incorporate logos and/or signatures into the greeting area of your card order. Please allow additional time for the steps needed to obtain the artwork, create the layout and verify that the artwork provided will print well. We take great pride in providing you with a high quality result. If there is a problem with digital file, we will contact you to request a replacement file.

Guidelines for Submitting Logo and/or Artwork Digital Files

Digital Artwork: PC Compatible, high resolution 300 dpi (dots per inch) print quality artwork files, at the original size (or larger), can be sent via e-mail to logos@routhcollection.net. Artwork must be "print ready" quality.
Preferred Program Files: .pdf, .tif, .eps (Adobe Illustrator CS6 or lower) or .psd (Adobe Photoshop CS6 or lower). Please do not send low resolution .jpeg or .gif artwork saved from web pages as they will not print well.

Signatures: Please contact us in advance for a PDF template of the specific card you would like to order. A template will be created to show the space available for signatures after finalizing the greeting details and any added elements. When you recieve the template file, please print the layout on one sheet of smooth white paper to eliminate variations of scanning quality and background colors. When signing, use a black gel pen (not a ball point) or better yet a Sanford “Uniball” pen for a solid black line that reproduces very well. Please scan the template with signatures at 300 dpi grayscale and email to logos@routhcollection.com.

Logo Setup Charges: There is a $50 setup charge for each logo. This service includes the initial layout proof and one additional proof if required. Thereafter, each additional proof required for each change request is $15. The digital artwork can be kept on file and if unchanged, can be used on future orders at no additional charge. There is no additional charge for printing full color logos.

Signature Setup Charges: There is a $50 setup charge for adding signatures. This service includes the initial layout proof and one additional proof if needed. Thereafter, each additional proof required for each change request is $15. If possible, all signature should be signed together on the same template or paper; This ensures that the scanned image quality and white background color will be consistent. If adding more than three signatures, please contact us to request a template for the specific design with the greeting message embedded. The template gives you exact control to fit signatures into the available print space and allows your control of the signature placement, size and balance.
